At some point it evidently had a strap button on the side of the neck heel which has been removed so there is a small screw hole there(very minor) No case but will be very carefully packed for shipping. It has been recently strung with a set of Elixir Light gauge(012-053) strings. String height at the 12th fret is about 3/32" Frets show normal moderate wear with plenty of life. The neck is straight with normal slight relief and good action. Scratches, dings and wear but overall nice and attractive. Guitar is in very good condition with normal nicks. Very minor and hardly noticeable) Everything else is all original. more one tuner button has been replaced(this is the button only. This is a vintage 1 970's Alvarez acoustic guitar.
